The Tactical View is a zoomed in shot of a single area or hex on the operational view. This one is an area that has an Unusual Sighting (the prismatic waterfall). This can be investigated by the heroes of a legion, and if they can overcome a dangerous guardian from Dark Ages mythology, they will recover an artifact of lore, perhaps Excalibur!
